mugdhe:ndu = the beautiful moon’s; nishyanda = stream of moonlight;
vilo:bhani:ya:m = desirable;
a:nanda sudha: prasu:thim = exuding the nectar called bliss;
dugdhasindho:ho = of the ocean of milk; uda:ra:m = enchanting;
ve:la:m iva = like a shore; thava = Your;
mu:rthim = form; vipaschitha = learned ones;
che:thasi = in the mind; bha:vayamtho: = behold;
O Hayagriva! Your form is exquisite. It is as if the moon melts and flows as streams which are beautiful to behold. One could go on gazing at them. Your divine form is the very home of the bliss of nectar. The waves of the ocean of milk rise and dash against the shore, break into foam and recede; such a shore is beautiful to look at; so also, Your divine form, which exudes waves of bliss, is enchanting. The devout and pious visualize in their mind and meditate upon it.
